Product Introduction
Wear-resistant, load-bearing, and flame-retardant drag chains are injection-molded from glass-fiber-reinforced nylon, offering excellent load-carrying capacity, superior wear resistance, and an exceptionally long service life. Resembling a tank track in appearance, they consist of numerous modular links that rotate smoothly relative to one another. For a given drag-chain model, the internal height, external height, and pitch are standardized, while the internal height and bending radius R can be customized. Each modular link comprises left and right side plates as well as upper and lower cover plates. Flame-retardant drag chains feature links that can be opened individually, facilitating easy installation and removal without the need to thread cables through the chain; simply open the cover plate to insert cables, hydraulic hoses, pneumatic lines, and other components directly into the chain. Depending on the specific model, partition inserts are available to divide the internal space according to application requirements.

Product Advantages
● Load-bearing plastic drag chains are made of higher-quality materials and have greater wall thickness than standard plastic drag chains.
● Suitable for machine tools with numerous cables or applications where heavy loads are applied on the energy chain. Offers exceptional service life.
● The exquisite design of the central yellow shaft enhances the aesthetic appeal and elegance of the flame-retardant energy chain itself.
● While enhancing the machine tool’s functional value, it also improves its overall aesthetic appeal.
Applicable Scenarios
Long distance
Higher speed or acceleration
Frictional sliding, in applications where the drag chain experiences significant frictional wear
Inappropriate for the occasion
Applications with stringent noise requirements
