Product Introduction

The flexible bellows guard is fabricated by folding, sewing, or heat-pressing nylon leather, plastic fabric, or synthetic rubber. Inside the bellows guard, PVC plates provide structural support, enabling it to withstand high temperatures, oil, and coolant; it can endure instantaneous contact temperatures of up to 1,000°C and incorporates insulated support plates. The travel speed can reach 100 m/min. Depending on customer requirements, in addition to the standard flat-type bellows design, the guard can also be manufactured with stainless steel inserts, as well as in circular, hexagonal, octagonal, and other configurations.

Order Parameter Sheet and Acknowledgment Form for Bellows-Type Protective Covers

● Upon placing an order, the aforementioned data, CAD drawings, or 3D models of the machine tool (in .stp, .x-t, .igs, or other formats) must be provided before our company can proceed with design evaluation.

● If you have any special requirements for the organ protective cover, please specify them in the remarks column or contact us directly; otherwise, the cover will be manufactured according to our standard specifications.

● Detailed drawings and specifications shall be provided for the design of certain guide rail guards.

● If the purchaser provides complete drawings for the flexible bellows guard, please specify whether any clearance is provided between the guard and the guide rail.

● We will include this order with the product upon delivery.
